Yup..it is very filling too. Let's say 60% ground pork/beef with 40% tofu, mixed together with one egg and seasoning, and you can pan fried it. Put any sauce you want.

You have to put some honey on top, bake it 400"F, brush it every 10 mins...until it done

Oh, Kiki! How do you get that great glazed surface on the pork? Mine never comes out this way, and believe me I have tried to improve it!

mmmm I like ma po tofu! But I like it with fried tofu better than regular tofu :)

Thank you! It is kinda spicy but not as spicy as buffalo wing or Ma po tofu, it was darken by dark soy sauce. Not that spicy like it looks!
